How we LEAD: 

We are hiring for a Creative Assistant to support the Publishing Creative staff by providing administrative, logistical and technical support to maximize the productivity of our staff, increase revenue, and to bring excellent service to our writers, partners and other departments within the company.

How you’ll CREATE:

• Manage Studio and Creative Space Hospitality

• Complete expense Reports / Invoices

• Assist with meeting and presentation coordination and facilitation

• Manage Writer Strategy Meeting calendar / Coordinate and schedule

• Weekly Chart Analysis (Billboard) / Monthly Detailed Radio Chart Analysis (NCA)

• Plaque Ordering / #1 Party Coordination

• Event Logistics and Hospitality coordination/execution (Writing Camp, Writer Community Events,

• Marketing and Brand Strategy Development

• Social Media Management  

• Keep website up to date

• Monthly Newsletter Curation

• Assist with Staff and Writer Travel

• Assist with compiling and producing various reports for writers and partners

• Assist with catalogue management and organization  

• Manager writer profiles and keep up to date for pitching writers

• 1 year of relevant experience

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to own a project and make decisions

• Word processing, spreadsheet and email skills

• Ability to learn basic Photoshop

• Bachelor’s degree in music-related field or equivalent experience
